Tooling & Molding
Plastic injection molding and mold tooling for housings, covers, and structural plastic parts. Bridge from prototype validation to small-batch production.
Switching mold suppliers mid-development kills timelines. We bridge prototype and production with consistent engineering communication, mold ownership clarity, and parts that match your approved T1 samples.
Wall thickness, draft angles, gate placement, and undercut analysis before cutting steel — so your first shots aren't your last design iteration.
Start with aluminum tooling for fast validation, then transfer to hardened steel molds using proven gate and cooling strategies from T1.
Texture (MT spec), pad printing, ultrasonic welding, and insert molding coordinated with your molding schedule — one vendor, one timeline.
From single-cavity prototype tools to multi-cavity production molds — we scale with your product launch.
3D mold flow analysis, gate and runner design, cooling layout, and ejector planning. Designs optimized for your resin, cycle time, and cosmetic requirements.
7075 aluminum for rapid tooling (1K–10K shots). P20, NAK80, and hardened steel for high-volume production with hot runner or cold runner systems.
Fast-turn aluminum molds for design validation, fit checks, and market testing — typically 2–4 weeks from approved DFM to first shots.
50–200 ton injection presses for ABS, PC, nylon, PP, and engineering resins. In-process SPC, cavity pressure monitoring, and dimensional QC on every run.
Standard capabilities for most plastic projects. Multi-shot and overmolding quoted separately.
| Parameter | Standard Capability |
|---|---|
| Part weight range | 0.5 g – 2,000 g |
| Wall thickness | 0.8 – 4.0 mm typical (resin-dependent) |
| Dimensional tolerance | ±0.1 mm on critical features |
| Prototype mold lead time | 2–4 weeks from approved DFM |
| Production mold lead time | 4–6 weeks typical |
| Tool life (steel) | 100,000 – 500,000+ shots |
| Resins | ABS, PC, PC/ABS, nylon, PP, POM, TPE/TPU |
| Surface finish | SPI A-1 to D-3, custom textures (MT-11010 etc.) |
Resin choice affects strength, appearance, UL rating, and mold design. Tell us your application constraints — we'll recommend a grade or mold to your specified material.
Post-mold operations — painting, plating, laser marking — available in-house. View full material library →
Plastic components where cosmetic finish, assembly fit, and production repeatability define product quality.
Enclosures, bezels, battery covers, and internal structural parts with tight snap-fit and texture-matched surfaces.
Biocompatible-grade resins, clean-room compatible molding, and documented process validation for regulated applications.
Dashboard trim, console components, clip features, and soft-touch overmolded grips with automotive-grade textures.
Transparent steps from CAD upload to production parts on your dock.

Plastic DFM report with mold concept and pricing within 2 hours.
CNC mold base, cavity/core machining, and fit-up with progress photos.
First shots for your approval with dimensional inspection report.
Scheduled molding runs with SPC data and worldwide express shipping.
"NDA signed same day, communication in clear English, and the aluminum prototype molds for our sensor housings were exactly to spec — T1 parts fit our PCB assembly on the first try. Will order production steel tooling next."
You own the mold upon full payment. We store and maintain it at our facility for production runs, or ship it to your designated location on request.
Aluminum is ideal for prototypes and low volumes (under ~10K shots). Move to steel when you need higher volume, tighter tolerances over time, or abrasive/glass-filled resins.
Typically 10–50 sample parts, dimensional report, and photos. You approve fit, cosmetics, and function before we release the mold for production quantities.
Yes. We support brass/threaded inserts, metal bushings, and TPE overmold onto rigid substrates. Specify insert type and placement on your drawing.
