What is the minimum order quantity for die casting? +

Typically 500–5,000 pieces to amortize die tooling cost. Zinc die casting can support lower MOQs for smaller parts. We provide unit pricing at multiple quantity breaks.

How do you control porosity in castings? +

Proper gate and overflow design, vacuum-assisted casting where needed, and uniform wall thickness per our DFM review. X-ray inspection is available for critical applications.

Can you machine threads and tight bores after casting? +

Yes. Post-cast CNC machining is a core part of our process. Critical features that can't be held in the die are machined to ±0.05 mm in our CNC shop.

Who owns the die tooling? +

You own the die upon full payment. We store and maintain it at our facility for production runs, with periodic maintenance included in our tooling agreement.
